Stay away from this company at all costs
I purchased two 2-day unlimited passes right before the pandemic and after all the travel restrictions happened my trip to Ireland became impossible. I was still optimistic to go Dublin in 2021 so I didn't ask for refund, but instead for another year extension. This was last summer. The company agreed. So now, with pandemic still going and those new variants of the virus it doesn't seem like a trip to Ireland will be possible even in 2021. So, I asked for my money back. Instead I was offered another year extension and a swap for another city. But now, after a year into pandemic, it is obvious that it will take a long time to go back to normal, and even with another year extension most tourist attractions will be restricted, limited or closed, so the pass doesn't/won't have the same value anymore and can't provide or guarantee all the attractions originally advertised during my purchase. So I asked for reimbursement and was told to wait for the management team reply. Few days later I get a very nasty email from their parent company The Leisure Pass Group saying to forget about my refund (again they are not able to provide services as advertised), but also they won't be giving me another year extension, basically telling me to travel during pandemic and to catch Covid. What an absolutely disgusting trash company who disrespects their customers and wishes them to get sick. I can't believe companies like that still exist in 2021!!!

For those who still considering buying anything from them: if they acted so barbaric with such major issue, imagine what would it be when you have a smaller problem with your passes...

Very good deal, this is the smartest way of discovering Dublin.
The only one think, I have tried to reach customers service by email and phone no answer other than that, I highly recommend
Thank you

Refused to Refund Unused Passes in a Pandemic! Shame on you!
In the middle of the world-wide pandemic, this company decided to deny refund requests of unused Dublin Passes. Their response was only to extend the unused passes by another year. It is unlikely that we will have an opportunity to visit Dublin within that time, so the result is 100% of the money lost. Shame on you!

London trip
we bought the pass to cover all the area. Buses were packed and had to keep waiting for another bus. Furious when wet- no cover and nothing to wipe seats down once rain stopped. some buses had good commentary some didn't. another annoying feature we are not told of the channel for live documentary if sitting packed in downstairs. Paris, Rome buses were much better than London

We had a great time
We had a great time. The Dublin pass made sightseeing really easy. It was a little confusing which bus to get on but the drivers were really helpful. It was late February so there were no crowds. We managed to see the EPIC, Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, St. Pat's, Dublinia and the Guinness Store house. It was definitely worth the cost.

Mobile app works great
I bought and used the mobile version all from the app.
Great experience, no waste of plastic or paper.
The information in the app and the paper guide (pdf version for me) was not 100% aligned but the difference was minor.

I recommend the mobile version for ease of use and ecological impact versus the traditional plastic card and paper booklet.

The Dublin pass is fantastic
The Dublin pass is fantastic value for money, offering you lots of opportunities to explore various attractions in dublIn,we did the Jameson's tour,Guinness tour,Teeling tour and the wax works (don't bother with the wax works) we also did the sight seeing bus,the information on the Dublin pass app was incorrect and the pass was valid on the Dublin tour bus not the city sightseeing bus, although they let us on the bus and were very friendly but the app needs to have the correct information

We were glad we purchased the 2-day…
We were glad we purchased the 2-day Dublin Pass. We certainly got our money's worth and got to see several of the more popular spots in Dublin. My only suggestion would be that the pass for the Hop On Hop Off bus match the number of days one purchases for the pass. Perhaps I missed the opportunity to buy a second day when I bought the pass. It would just be easier if it was all bundled together. The Dublin Pass is still a great deal if you're motivated!

Dublin Pass - excellent
Dublin Pass is really good value for money, we were in Dublin for two days and we used it to its fullest.
It offers a wide range of places to visit and you can get thru queues much quicker with the pass. It also allowed us to have another day on the big red bus tour for a discount.
Thumbs up for Dublin Pass.

Two issues:
Two issues:

- the bus service was very haphazard, even unreliable; and

- when, as we did, you buy a two day pass, the T&C did not make it at all clear that the free bus lasted for one day only. This is important because the default assumption is that the bus pass will last for the same time as the pass.

Great way to see many Dublin attractions
The pass was great - we had a 3 day one, and managed to visit quite a few attractions. It was pretty easy, all the places knew how to deal with slightly confused tourists. The app could use some work, it’s a bit difficult to navigate. There could be clarity about which hop on-off bus company is associated - got onto two buses that told me they didn’t accept the pass before we found the correct one. But overall, a great value and experience.

Dublin Pass - Brilliant
We paid for a 3 day dublin pass. This saved us lots of money overall. We visited the Guinness tour and Teelings distillery, which were both incredible. The hop on and off bus was also good. We didn’t use this much as we walked to most places but it was helpful. Dublin zoo is also a place to visit with or without children.
Overall purchasing the Dublin pass saved us a lot of money and was so easy to use via the app.

Very good service
A visit to Dublin was very impressive. Your service is also very pleased with its price. I would like to see Trinity College and the library in the list of attractions. It would also be nice if in the application it was possible to make a list for visiting attractions with push notifications, at what time they are closed and other information. It’s also good that the map is interactive and displays your geolocation.
